Prononciation
Le son ing à la fin des mots tend à être remplacé par in : falling est prononcé fallin.
Le h aspiré n'est pas prononcé (comme pour les francophones apprenant l'anglais): head est prononcé ed.
Le u, variant beaucoup d'un mot à l'autre en anglais, est différent. Sera prononcé, la plupart du temps, ou.
Le t,si à la fin d'un mot, devient s : street est prononcé streece, feet devient Feece.
Le phonème représenté par th, bien difficile à prononcer pour les francophones, est remplacé par t ou par d.
